Food safety and returns
For food safety and hygiene, opened or used oil products are not eligible for return or refund, including when the customer does not like the taste or smell.
If your product is unopened and unused and you have a return question, contact us before sending anything back. We will review the order and confirm whether it can be accepted and provide instructions. Please do not ship a return until you have contacted us and received instructions.
Damaged, leaking or incorrect orders
If an order arrives damaged, leaking or different from what you ordered, email us at manager@auroraglobaloils.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and reply with the next steps.
Refunds
Any refund is subject to review and approval. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method where possible. The time for the credit to appear depends on your payment provider or bank.
